The Supervisor will be responsible to lead the Team Members and develop a self-directed, empowered workforce. Hours typically are 5:00 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday. May be required to occasionally work weekends to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:

1. Proven Supervisor or assistant supervisor of a production team in an empowered team environment for a minimum of 1 year.
2. Experience in gaining efficiencies in operations.
3. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality products within tight timeframes.
4. Knowledge of HAACP, SQF or similar quality control or food safety programs.
5. Familiar with the food or pizza industry a plus.
6. Ability to learn all applicable USDA, FDA and OSHA regulations applicable to Pep’s operation
7. Maintain safe work environment and oversee quality from the start to finish to ensure we are meeting our customer expectations.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Good follow up with team members. Attentive and timely in responses.
10. Collaborative and cooperative work style with a “can do” attitude.
11. Excellent problem solver who sees solutions instead of obstacles.
12. Experience with Redzone software a plus but not mandatory.

Dress Code: hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and uniform shirts are worn. No watches, no jewelry, no piercings, no false fingernails or nail polish are permitted in food production areas. No skirts, no shorts, no pants with holes are permitted.
Attendance: Excellent attendance is a job requirement.
