Production Line Worker

Peps Pizza Co is hiring 1st and 2nd shift full time production workers.

Starting Pay:

1st Shift: $18.00

2nd Shift: $19.50

Essential job duties:

• Unpack and stage crusts
• Feed crusts onto line
• Cut and shred cheese
• Fill pepperoni, veggie and sausage machine
• Inspect pizzas for labels, and defects
• Perform checks on end weights of pizzas

Requirements:

• Some production, packaging or assembly experience is helpful but training is provided
• High school diploma or GED a plus
• Ability to read labels, recipes, scales and food safety procedures, etc.
• Excellent attendance
• Detail orientated

Physical requirements:

Requires the ability to perform fast-paced manual labor including:

• Fast paced manual labor
• Standing and walking, 8-10 hours a day
• Lifting: varies by position

Warehouse Specialist

Full Time | Green Bay, WI

Pep’s Pizza Company is searching for a Warehouse Specialist to lead and help our teams monitor paperwork and usage of raw materials.

Primary Duties:

1. Shipping and receiving
2. Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork associated with the job. (Examples receiving reports, shipping reports, transfer reports, etc.)
3. Stage product for production
4. Conduct accurate audits of raw materials and supplies.
5. Flexibility with hours and flow to the work.
6. FIFO daily cooler and freezer products.
7. Accurately load consumption of raw materials & packaging.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

1. Ability to be physically involved in the day-to-day activities of warehouse management within a frozen food’s environment
2. Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management.
3. Needs to be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
4. Excellent problem solver who sees solutions instead of obstacles
5. General skills: computer skills, math skills, and organizational skills.
6. Forklift experience is required.
7. Ability to learn all applicable USDA, FDA, and OSHA regulations applicable to Hansen’s operation
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Maintain appropriate and timely responses with team members
10. Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Physical Requirements:

1. Able to walk regularly around the building, including climbing steps and also occasionally climbing on a ladder
2. Able to lift to 50 pounds unassisted
3. Able to bend, squat, sit and stand
4. Able to stand for extended periods.
5. Able to work in cooler and freezers.

Sanitation Crew Member

Full Time | Green Bay, WI

Keeping our facility clean and sanitized is critical to our success in the food industry. The Sanitation Department plays an essential part in our Food Safety and Food Defense program.

All food production equipment is washed by hand – soaped, rinsed, and sanitized to the highest standards. Our sanitation program is designed to meet or exceed all customer audits as well as stringent FDA and SQF requirements.

Shifts & Locations

Positions are 3rd shift, full time, 10 hour nights Sunday through Thursday.

Job Duties

Sanitation follows a Master Cleaning Schedule which includes regularly:

• Washing and sanitizing all food-contact surfaces: soaping, wiping, scraping, rinsing
• Use of power hose and air hose to remove debris and rinse
• Sweeping and mopping
• Operating floor scrubber equipment
• Using ladders and scissors lifts to clean at heights
• Thorough facilities cleaning: windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures
